easy chai tea.

I miss blogging. I know very few people actually look at this thing but, regardless, I still miss blogging. I think it’s one way for me to organize my thoughts and to capture what is going on in my day to day life. When I look back over my posts it helps me feel like I’ve been doing something.

Well, all that to say, I’m going to try to post little thoughts from time to time. Go back to my original purpose of giving tips and ideas. Posts that only take me a few minutes to put together is my goal at the moment. I hope to sometimes go deeper. But we will see what time allows me.

My daily chai tea recipe.Β

It’s about as easy as it gets. This is embarrassingly easy.

1 chai tea bag (I was given Tazo brand but I’m sure there are better ones out there)

Coconut milk to taste

Local Honey to taste

Bring water to boil. Pick out your favorite mug. Pour water into mug with tea bag. Cover and steep for a few minutes (tea box should say how long to steep). Or you could just forget about it and not remember you made tea until 20 minutes later. Mix in honey and coconut milk to taste. Fight off your small child to enjoy.
